First we decide what. Then we build it. Then we leave it running.

Six beliefs about how a business actually gets automated — and how it does not.

01
Judgement

Automating a bad process only makes the mess run faster

Before building anything we check whether the process makes sense as it stands. The bottleneck is often not where it looks, and the best possible automation turns out to be removing a step rather than coding it. That review is slower up front and saves months later. If what needs fixing is the process and not the technology, we will say so.

02
Boundaries

What the agent must not answer is decided before launch

The question that really matters is not what an agent can do, but what it must never do. Complaints, money-related incidents and anything out of the ordinary always go to a person. That boundary is settled with you before the agent talks to your first customer — not after the first complaint.

03
People

The agent takes the repetitive work. Judgement stays with your team

A well-built agent replaces nobody: it takes away the thirty times a day someone has to repeat the opening hours, and lets your team put their heads where judgement is needed. When somebody sells you AI that replaces your customer service team, they are selling a demo, not a system that holds up day to day.

04
Infrastructure

On the official API, not on a phone with an app bolted on

You can build a WhatsApp chatbot by hooking a phone up through a middleman app. It is cheaper and it works… until WhatsApp blocks the number or twenty conversations arrive at once. We work on the official WhatsApp Business API because what breaks in production is not fixed by having saved money on the setup.

05
Independence

We train you so you do not depend on us

When we finish, your team knows how to run and adjust what we built. We do not hide the configuration or leave knots only we know how to untie. If you call us again, we want it to be because the next thing interests you, not because you cannot move without us.

06
Honesty

Sometimes the answer is: do not automate this

Not every process is a good candidate. Sometimes an off-the-shelf tool already solves ninety per cent of it, sometimes the process is not settled enough to lock into a system, and sometimes the real problem is somewhere else. We would rather tell you on the first call than charge you to find out three months later.
